Field Expert & Backup Caregiver

• Meet new clients and understand their care plans and expectations.
  
  
• Introduce and support caregivers during first-time shifts.
  
  
• Conduct client check-ins, supervisory visits, and reassessments.
  
  
• Help recruit, orient, and onboard quality caregivers.
  
  
• Support office operations and work closely with scheduling.
  
  
• Identify concerns early and take initiative to solve problems.
  
  
• Step in as a backup caregiver when urgent coverage is needed.
  
  
• Participate in a rotating after-hours. 
  
  

• Professional caregiving experience – required.
  
  
• Previous office/administrative experience – required.
  
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
  
  
• Dependable, accountable, and able to work independently.
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Comfortable working both in the office and in clients’ homes.
  
  
• Willing and able to participate in the on-call rotation.
  
  
• Reliable transportation.
