1. Agreeing to these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) set the rules for how you use caregiverhires.com (“CaregiverHires,” “we,” “us”).
By looking through caregiving openings, visiting any page of the site or purchasing a post, you accept these Terms and agree that they bind you.
If you are unwilling to accept these Terms, please stay off CaregiverHires entirely.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a post or to apply for a care role through CaregiverHires.
2. What CaregiverHires provides
CaregiverHires lists openings in senior and home care, for roles like caregivers, certified nursing assistants, home health aides, medication aides, home health and hospice nurses and care administrators. CaregiverHires is not a care provider and does not deliver home care, nursing, personal care, clinical or consulting services of any kind, nor does it offer professional, clinical, licensing or legal advice to agencies, communities, caregivers or any other person.
All we do is publish caregiving job posts and related career material.
CaregiverHires does not employ the people hired from its posts, does not operate as a recruiter, staffing service or caregiver registry, and takes no part in any employment arrangement an agency or facility makes with an applicant.
CaregiverHires does not vet, interview or vouch for care employers or job seekers, and it cannot promise that a post will fill a position or that applying will produce a job offer.
3. How posts end up on CaregiverHires
A post appears on CaregiverHires in one of two ways: a care employer buys it and sends it to us, or we collect it from a careers page that the employer has published openly.
In both cases the care employer, not CaregiverHires, answers for whether the duties, wages, certification or training requirements and all other particulars are correct.
A home care agency, hospice or senior living community may update or close a collected opening on its own website before the copy on CaregiverHires reflects that change.
Pressing Apply sends you away from CaregiverHires to an application page run by the care employer, whose own terms and privacy policy govern you from then on.
4. Purchasing a post
- Every paid post is a single charge at the amount shown on the pricing page and a post never renews unless you choose to purchase it again.
- The Growth and Brand slot plans are the only recurring options. We set each one up with you directly, bill it monthly, and either plan may be cancelled whenever you like.
- All card payments to CaregiverHires run through Stripe, so your full card number never reaches our servers.
- A post goes live as soon as checkout is finished, remains visible for 30 days and then lapses automatically.
- Any refund request is handled according to our Refund Policy.
- By posting, you promise that the care position is real and currently open, that the post is accurate and legal, and that it complies with all applicable employment laws, anti-discrimination rules included, as well as any state or local pay transparency requirement that reaches the role.
- We may refuse, revise or remove a post when we reasonably think it is fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, illegal, placed in the wrong caregiving category or otherwise in violation of these Terms. A post taken down for violating these Terms is not eligible for a refund.
5. Acceptable use
Every visitor to CaregiverHires promises not to:
- submit a false, deceptive or fraudulent post, or a post that advertises something other than a genuine care opening;
- harvest, duplicate or mass-download posts or other site material for republication without our prior written permission;
- disrupt CaregiverHires, probe or reach systems or data you have no permission to use, or try to get a post published without payment;
- use CaregiverHires to deliver spam or any other unrequested promotional messages;
- pose as someone else or as an agency, community or company you are not authorized to represent, or misstate your ties to a care employer.
6. Caregiving career and wage content is informational
The career guides, wage pages and certification pages on CaregiverHires offer broad background on working in home care, home health, hospice and senior living.
This material is not legal, tax, clinical, licensing or other professional advice, and it may not reflect the newest updates to state aide and nursing rules, federal regulations or certification standards.
Wage numbers are estimates drawn from the sources we cite and are no guarantee of what any caregiving job will pay.
Before relying on any detail about a license, certification or credential, check it with the agency or board that issues it.
7. Content ownership
The wording, design and brand elements of CaregiverHires belong to us or are used under license, and copyright and trademark law protect them.
Care employers retain ownership of the post content they send us and grant us a license to show, format and distribute it as running CaregiverHires requires, search engine job results included.
Agency, community, company and facility names and logos appearing in posts belong to the organizations they identify.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
CaregiverHires is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law permits, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, among them any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that CaregiverHires will operate free of interruptions or errors, that any caregiving post is correct or current, or that any care employer or applicant is who they claim to be.
9. Liability limits
To the fullest extent the law permits, CaregiverHires is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of CaregiverHires, any hiring choice, any employment arrangement or the result of any application included.
Our total liability for every claim related to CaregiverHires, taken together, is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you made no payment to us.
10. Indemnification
Every care employer agrees to indemnify CaregiverHires and to hold it harmless from any claim arising out of a post that employer places, for example an allegation that the post is false, illegal or discriminatory, and from any claim arising out of that employer's hiring practices.
11. Updates to CaregiverHires and these Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any portion of CaregiverHires whenever we choose.
We may also amend these Terms, and every amendment will show a fresh “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Continuing to use CaregiverHires after an amendment is posted means you accept the amended Terms.
Material changes to paid post terms apply only to purchases made on or after their effective date.
12. Governing law and contact
The laws of the United States, together with those of the state where CaregiverHires is organized, govern these Terms, and conflict-of-law principles do not apply.
Send any question you have about these Terms to [email protected] .
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy .
