Every CaregiverHires listing is a one-time payment that does not renew, and it goes live the moment checkout finishes.
Since caregivers, CNAs, aides and nurses can view it right away, refunds with no questions asked are offered for a short time only.
Billing errors on our end are corrected whenever you notice them, with no time limit.
Billing errors we refund in full
- Your agency was billed twice or more for one listing.
- Your payment went through, yet a technical problem on our side stopped the listing from going live.
- An unauthorized charge, once we have verified that you did not approve it.
Cancel within 48 hours for any reason
Reach out within 48 hours of payment and we will remove the listing and refund every cent.
No explanation is required.
Once 48 hours have passed
By then your listing has been in front of senior care job seekers for two full days, which is what you purchased, so the payment is non-refundable.
Filling the role fast does not restart the refund period.
If your new caregiver or nurse accepts the offer during the first week, we will remove the listing on request, but unused days of the 30-day run are not refunded.

Cases where no refund applies
- Listings we removed for violating our Terms & Conditions, for example deceptive wage claims, discriminatory or illegal hiring language, a fake agency or community, or an illegal role.
- Fewer applicants than you hoped for, or candidates without the certification or license you require. We publish and promote your listing, but we cannot guarantee a particular number of applications or a successful hire.
Requesting your refund from us
Write to [email protected] from the email used at checkout, and include the listing title along with your Stripe receipt number.
Any approved refund is returned to the original payment card.
Through Stripe, funds usually arrive within 5–10 business days, though timing varies by bank.
