How soon will my caregiver listing go live?
As soon as Stripe confirms your payment.
There is no manual review step, so caregivers, CNAs and aides can find it within seconds of checkout.
How many days does a senior care listing stay up?
Listings remain visible for 30 days from your payment date.
If you fill the role sooner, send us an email and we will take it offline right away.
Will a single home care listing automatically renew?
No. A single listing is a one-time payment and never starts a subscription.
Our monthly slot plans are built for home care franchises, multi-site agencies and senior living operators that hire year-round; they are billed monthly, may be cancelled at any time, and leave your listings live through the end of the month already paid.
How do slots work on the monthly plans?
Each slot carries a single active listing.
With the 10-slot plan, ten openings can run side by side, in any combination of roles and locations you choose.
Once a position is filled, drop another opening into the freed slot; you can swap as often as you like at no added cost.
Listings in your slots do not expire for as long as the plan is active.
Am I tied into a monthly plan?
No. There is no contract to sign and no minimum commitment.
You can cancel at any time, and your listings stay live through the end of the month you have paid for.
Founding Partner pricing is held for 24 months as long as your plan stays active.
If you cancel and rejoin later, you pay the rate in effect at that time.
Should a CNA role and a home health aide role share one listing?
We recommend a separate listing for each.
CNAs and home health aides browse their own role pages, so splitting them helps each opening reach the people best suited to it.
For a hybrid position, such as a med aide who also covers resident care shifts, pick the role that fills most of the schedule.
How do I pay for a caregiver listing?
Our secure Stripe checkout takes any major credit or debit card your agency uses.
Your card information is held by Stripe and is never stored on our systems.
Am I able to change a listing after it goes live?
Yes.
Send support the edit you need, for example an updated hourly rate, a new certification requirement or different shift times, and we will make the change.
Are listings refundable?
Accidental or duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
