Weekend Registered Nurse – Hospice
Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
Job Type: Part-time | Field-based
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

You'll manage symptoms, coordinate care, and give families the support and guidance they need during one of life's most meaningful transitions.

Responsibilities:
- Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized plan of care in partnership with patients and families
- Provide skilled nursing care, including pain and symptom management, medication administration, and comfort measures
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease progression, symptom management, medications, and what to expect at end of life
- Coordinate care across your caseload and serve as the primary liaison between patients, families, physicians, and the care team
- Participate in interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings to ensure comprehensive, holistic care
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work in
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care
- A compassionate, patient- and family-centered approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current insurance
