As a Total Care Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, personalized care to our clients in the downtown Phoenix area, enhancing their quality of life and fostering a sense of independence.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Total Care Provider to join our team of caregivers. As a Total Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, managing medications, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment. You will work closely with our team of professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Administer medications and manage medical equipment, as needed

• Prepare meals and snacks, as well as assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Encourage and promote independence, while also providing emotional support and companionship

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

• Participate in in-service training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field preferred

• Compassionate and caring approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
