What does a Scheduling and Service Coordinator do?

As a Scheduling and Service Coordinator with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in coordinating client and caregiver schedules, focusing on compliance and client satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone with a strong service orientation, attention to detail, and a passion for enhancing the lives of our senior clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and caregivers
• Schedule and oversee quality matches between clients and caregivers, ensuring satisfaction and safety
• Maintain documentation in compliance with state, federal, and franchise standards
• Identify opportunities to enhance service hours and add value to the client experience
• Work closely with recruitment and retention team 

Requirements

• Experience in a service focused role, with dedication to "doing what's right" for clients
• strong organizational skills and comfort with technology
• Commitment to high standards of compliance and service quality
• Flexible availability for after hours and weekend on call duties

Technical Proficiency (Preferred)

• Familiarity with systems like OUtlook, WellSky (ClearCare), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
