Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire an experienced Registered Nurse to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home. We have an immediate part-time position available to support Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medication to patients.
- Create reports to track the patients' progress.
- Work with other professionals to create treatment plans.
- Clean and re-dress wounds if needed.
- Measure vital signs.
- Monitor changes in behavior and progress.
- Communicate with Physicians and Pharmacists as needed
Requirements:
- Currently licensed and in good standing.
- Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile.
- Able to pass a background check
