Independence Home Health LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated PRN Aides/CNAs to join our team in Columbus, IN. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
Monitor and document patient health status and report changes to supervising clinical staff
Support patients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean patient environment
Deliver compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and families
Follow individualized care plans and adhere to home health agency protocols

Requirements:

Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) credentials in the state of Indiana
Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a similar patient care setting preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a home environment
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to quality care
Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed
