Position Details

• Position: Part-Time Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN)

• Service Area: Everett, Chelsea, Revere, Saugus, Lynn, and surrounding communities

• Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week

• Schedule: Flexible daytime hours, generally around 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

• Days: Weekdays, with scheduling coordinated around availability and client needs

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Language Requirement: Ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish

• Work Environment: Community-based home care nursing and client visits

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Bilingual Registered Nurse, you will:

• Conduct client assessments and reassessments in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations

• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans

• Perform supervisory visits and evaluate the quality of care provided by home care staff

• Provide clinical guidance and support to Home Health Aides and other caregiving staff

• Monitor client conditions and communicate changes or concerns to appropriate team members

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, families, caregivers, and office staff

• Collaborate with clients, families, and the care team to coordinate quality services

• Support compliance with agency standards and applicable state and federal requirements

Qualifications

• Current, active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license — Required

• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish — Required

• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week during flexible daytime hours

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable transportation for client visits throughout the assigned service area

• Previous home care, home health, or community nursing experience preferred

• Experience conducting client assessments or supervisory visits is a plus
