Senior Helpers is growing our team! We’re seeking a dedicated Overnight Caregiver to provide personal care, companionship, and support that helps seniors remain comfortable in their homes overnight.

This role includes both hands-on personal care and companionship—not companionship alone. If you are compassionate, dependable, and ready to support seniors during overnight hours, we would love to welcome you to our caregiving team.

• A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life

• Compassion, patience, and an understanding of seniors’ needs

• Dependability and availability to work scheduled overnight shifts

• Willingness and ability to provide hands-on personal care, consistent with training and each client’s care plan

• Strong communication and observation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight personal care, companionship, and emotional support

• Assist with toileting, incontinence care, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs as outlined in each client’s care plan

• Assist with bedtime and morning routines as scheduled

• Respond to clients’ needs throughout the overnight shift

• Assist with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning as needed and consistent with training and the care plan

• Assist with eating and other daily living activities as needed

• Observe and report changes in clients’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being

• Communicate important updates and concerns to the office and appropriate care team members

• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided
