About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Clarksville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated One on One Caregiver to join our growing team in Clarksville, TN. In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care that makes a real difference in the daily lives of those who need it most. Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated one-on-one personal care and companionship to individual clients in their homes
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
- Provide medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
- Offer emotional support and meaningful companionship to promote client well-being
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and observation skills
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
