Office Manager (Home Health Experience)

Are you compassionate, organized, and sales-minded? We’re looking for a motivated Care Manager to join our team in West Indianapolis.

In this role, you’ll:

• Oversee Care Coordinator and Schedulers

• Person Client Assessments and Manage intake

• Create personalized care plans for seniors

• Build strong relationships with clients, families and caregivers. 

• Conduct quality assurance visits 

• Create social media content and post it weekly. 

• Training new caregivers. 

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6-10 years of related experience (preferred similar experience candidates)

• Strong sales and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
