$16.50/Hour | 12-Hour Shifts | Day & Night Shifts Available

Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring at least 3 compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care for a client with advanced dementia residing in a senior living facility in McKinney, TX 75069.

We are looking for experienced caregivers who understand the unique challenges of dementia care and can provide a safe, patient, and supportive environment.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

• Day Shifts: 12-hour shifts

• Night Shifts: 12-hour shifts

• Pay: $16.50 per hour

• Weekend Availability Required: Must be available to work at least one weekend

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client has advanced dementia and requires compassionate, attentive care throughout the day and night.

We are looking for caregivers who are patient, observant, and experienced in supporting individuals with significant cognitive impairment.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide attentive, one-on-one care and companionship

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

• Provide gentle redirection and reassurance when necessary

• Monitor the client's well-being and report any changes or concerns

• Communicate effectively with the care team and facility staff

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior dementia care experience strongly preferred

• Experience working with seniors with advanced cognitive impairment

• Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Ability to commit to 12-hour shifts

• Must be available to work at least one weekend
