What You’ll Do
- Support a senior Chinese woman in Dublin with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Schedule: 8AM-4PM Tuesday & Thursday. Potential to add 8AM-4PM Saturday and Sunday
- Assist with safe mobility, transfers, and simple exercises.
- Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed.
- Provide light housekeeping and routine household support.
- Offer companionship and family respite.
- Engage clients in conversation, activities, and meaningful connection.
What We’re Looking For
- Must Speak Mandarin
- Must be available 8am-4pm Tuesday and Thursday - if looking for more hours, we do have other clients
- A genuine desire to help seniors and vulnerable adults.
- Weekend Availability is a Plus
- High school diploma or GED.
- Dependable transportation.
- Positive attitude, good communication, and respect for elders.
- Active California HCA registration (or willingness to complete it).
- Ability to work in the Tri‑Valley area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience
- Experience supporting individuals with dementia
