Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and hold department managers accountable for performance.

• Manage budgets, staffing, census, and overall financial performance.

• Maintain survey readiness and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Drive operational improvements, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license required.

• Previous Administrator experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required.

• Experience managing a large skilled nursing facility strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and financial operations.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage challenges, and drive results.
