About the Role:

Caring Heart Companion Service is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Korean Speaking Caregiver to join our team in Torrance, CA. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients to ensure comfort and understanding
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily living activities
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Assist with medication reminders and medical appointments as needed
Transport or accompany clients to errands, appointments, and social activities

Requirements:

Fluency in Korean (spoken and/or written) is required
Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to pass a background check and provide references
HHA or CNA certification a plus but not required
