Interim Director of Nursing (DON)

Based in  La Porte, Texas - Must be a RN with Experience in SNF or Veterans  Homes

Location : La Porte Tx

The Job

The Interim DON will support the successful execution of Sylvan Shores' mission and Core Values by ensuring quality care through associate engagement, excellent clinical services and customer satisfaction within the community.  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid State licensure as an RN.
• Three to Five (3-5) years of progressive management or supervisory experience in long-term care, acute care,  Veterans Home, restorative or geriatric nursing.
  • DON Experience of 2-3 year highly regarded
• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records - PCC is a must
• Flexible for relocation within Texas
