Right at Home is seeking dependable, compassionate Home Health Aides to provide companion and personal cares to our clients in Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha, Springville and surrounding areas. Companion care includes light housekeeping, laundry assistance, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation and participating in activities the client enjoys like puzzles or games. Clients may also need assisted walking, transfers, and exercises. Personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.

Compensation and Benefits for a Home Health Aide:

Requirements of a Home Health Aide:
- Valid Iowa Driver’s License
- Proof of Car Insurance
- Pass Background Check
- Ability to be reliable and dependable
- Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes
Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide:
- Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
- Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provide companionship and engaging activities as appropriate
- Provide transportation as needed
