About the Role:

As a Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical assistance and companionship to our clients in the Gilbert 85233 area, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Assisting with medication reminders and appointment scheduling

Responsibilities:

• Create personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring trust and open communication
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with our team of caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and continuous care
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in home care or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Reliable transportation or valid Arizona driver's license and vehicle
