About the Role:

TRUCARING INC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, IN! We offer flexible 6 and 8 hour shifts to fit your lifestyle while making a real difference in the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client care plans
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Assist with medication reminders and daily living activities (ADLs)

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Home Care Aide, CNA, or caregiver preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
Ability to work flexible shifts, including 6 and 8 hour scheduling options
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
