The duties below outline the general responsibilities associated with this position. Each of these duties is considered critical to effective department operations and our Mission. Minimum Requirements
The following educational minimum requirements must be met by all incumbents:

General |
Must be willing and able to work with older adults with mild to moderate dementia/memory deficits in a residential setting with a focus on customer satisfaction. |

Education |
Current NYS HHA Certification; CPR is preferred, but not required |
|
Experience |
3 years experience working with a senior population; previous experience working with those with dementia/cognitive deficits is preferred |
