CNA – Field Specialist

Now Hiring a CNA Field Specialist Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The CNA Field Specialist is responsible for providing on-call/short-scheduled care for clients as needed during their assigned availability schedule. The CNA Field Specialist will be expected to go to all assigned shifts within the BrightStar Care of territory including the office. This role will also be critical in the development of our caregiver team including training shifts for new hires, coaching and mentoring. In addition, this role will assist in upholding our guaranteed compatibility commitment to our clients.

Pay Range: $25 per hour eligable for PTO

BrightStar CNA Benefits:

1. Be prepared to leave to work within 15 minutes notice during your availability schedule. The following items must be in order:
a. Dressed, groomed, and ready to go in Uniform with 10 Badge
b. Personal childcare pre-arranged
c. Cell phone charged and ringer turned on
d. Transportation available for use
e. Have care notes on hand at all times
f. Willingness to work with all types of clients, shift lengths, and shift locations within our territory.

BrightStar CNA Field Specialist Qualifications:
1. Valid CNA certification.
2. Current CPR license
3. Reliable transportation and automobile insurance
4. High school diploma or GED
5. Minimum of one {l) year of documented experience required. (Home Care Preferably)
6. Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
7. Valid licensed Driver with clean record.
8. Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
9. Empathy for the needs of the client
10. Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
11. Ability to express spoken and/or written ideas in English
12. Treats clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents appositive public image.
13. Works as a team member
14. Ensures confidentiality and security of the client's medical information and BrightStar Office Information.

Job Types: Full-Time , Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Expectations:
1) You must be willing to work with all types of clients. Must be OK with Pets and Smokers
2) Weekly Hours:
a) You will be guaranteed 40 hours a week. If scheduled to work less than 40 hours, you will be paid the
difference at your hourly rate.
b) We may ask you to work in the office to make up to 40 hours as well. We may limit shifts offered to you that
may put you into overtime. But if you work over 40 hours you will be paid overtime.
c) Never work a holiday or weekends
3) You will be responsible to track your travel time and mileage as you normally would on ABS Mobile.
4) You will be part of the office on call rotation and be on call every 4 weeks
