About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with Angel Companions, you will provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes and assisted living communities. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support. We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your needs, including weekend shifts, day and night shifts, and continuous care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes and assisted living communities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Assist with medication management and vital sign monitoring

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams

• Participate in shift reports and handovers to ensure continuity of care
