Caregivers Needed ASAP

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers for day and overnight shifts ranging in 4-12 hours throughout the Raleigh area. 

At Griswold, we believe people deserve to live in the homes they love as they age. Our caregivers are at the heart of that mission, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Shift times and schedules vary depending on the client.

• Pay ranging from $16.00–$25.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Day and overnight night shifts
• Rates based on experience and client needs

• Support from our office team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Caregiver Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary depending on each client’s needs and may include:

• Providing companionship and supervision
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping
• Providing transportation or assistance with errands
• Monitoring clients throughout day or overnight shifts
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent
• Communicating updates and concerns to the Griswold office team

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to remain attentive and engaged throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Griswold team
• Caregiving experience is preferred
• Consistent day, night, and/or weekend availability is especially helpful
