A Day in the Life of a Caregiver

You’ll be a helping hand and a friendly face for seniors who want to stay in the comfort of their own homes. Your day may include:

• Having fun, engaging conversations that build real relationships with your clients
• Joining in on clients’ favorite hobbies, such as scrapbooking, gardening, and games
• Preparing meals your clients will enjoy
• Assisting with walking, dressing, and other activities of daily living
• Reporting on completed activities and sharing updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping others
• Enjoy customer service and communicating with clients
• Want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s life
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
