• Introduce caregivers to new clients and help ensure successful care transitions.
• Coach and support caregivers through hands-on training, skills refreshers, and competency assessments.
• Model professional caregiving practices and reinforce our quality standards.

• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and daily living activities.
• Provide companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation or errands as authorized.
• Support clients with dignity, compassion, and respect.

• Conduct home safety checks and routine quality assurance visits.
• Identify changes in client needs and communicate concerns to the Care Manager.
• Assist with care plan updates and maintain accurate documentation.

• Help coordinate urgent caregiver coverage and respond to unexpected scheduling needs.
• Support clients, families, and caregivers by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

• Current CNA/NAC certification required.
• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be willing to work throughout Spokane and Kootenai County to support our clients and caregivers.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain with employer support.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Experience providing hands-on personal care and assisting with safe transfers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using mobile applications or electronic care documentation systems.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in challenging situations.
• A genuine passion for helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.
