If you live in Conifer, Aspen Park, Morrison, Pine or Indian Hills, you know the drive into Denver. Senior Helpers of Evergreen is hiring part-time caregivers to serve seniors in Indian Hills, Kittredge, Idledale and Evergreen. Our clients are just up the road from you, not across the metro.

We’re a new local office, and we’re building our team from the ground up. Join early, help shape how we care for this community, and grow with us. Veterans and career-changers are especially welcome.

Here’s what you get

Pay is $20–$24 per hour, plus paid mileage between clients. You’ll also get paid sick time and paid training, so you don’t need experience to start. Schedules are flexible and part-time, with annual reviews and performance-based raises. On top of that, we offer a caregiver referral bonus, voluntary benefits, and a real path to advance as we grow.

Here’s what the work looks like
No two days are the same. We match each caregiver with clients who fit their strengths. Your shifts may include:

• Personal care such as grooming, dressing, bathing and safe mobility
• Light housekeeping, laundry and simple meal prep
• Errands, grocery runs and rides to appointments
• Conversation, games, hobbies, or a walk outside
• Short updates to our office on how your client is doing

Everything you do helps a senior stay independent in the home they love.

Here’s who thrives with us
People who are kind, dependable, and steady under pressure. You’ll often work one-on-one, so we value good judgment and clear communication in English. Spanish is a plus. CNA, PCA or HHA experience helps but isn’t required.

Here’s what’s required

• Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, current registration and insurance
• Comfortable driving mountain roads in winter (AWD/4WD preferred)
• Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check and pre-employment screening
• Two professional references
