You'll help seniors and adults maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Your care allows clients to live safely with dignity while giving families peace of mind.
As a PCA, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical home care services, including:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Helping clients safely transfer and ambulate
- Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and conversation
- Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
- Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team
- Experience is not necessary; all you need is a willingness to learn.
- We welcome Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, or Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Reliable transportation for client visits.
- Candidates may be required to complete a vetting process as a condition of employment, consistent with Connecticut state regulations and applicable federal law. Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
- Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.
