Home Instead, is looking for caring, reliable, empathetic caregivers to join our growing team! We are BUSY and have a WIDE variety of shifts available, from 2 hours to 12 hours, in various locations around Manatee County, covering the areas of Bradendon, Ellenton, Parrish, Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch.  Be the person who changes somebody's life!!  As a Home Instead caregiver, you are more than an employee; you are part of the family dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in our community.

Position Overview:
We offer competitive pay rates and the ability to work one-on-one in a quiet homecare setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility assistance, including transfers, walking, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Offer specialized care for clients with dementia, including managing behavioral changes and ensuring a supportive environment
• Monitor and document clients' health and well-being as requested
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being

Qualifications:

• Ability to assist with mobility and perform physical tasks related to caregiving
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name
• Must be able to pass our background checks
