• Executed care plan as directed.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and record clients’ health and behavior, reporting any changes to the supervisor.

• Caregiving Experience: Minimum 6 months.
• Work Ethic: Strong commitment and willingness to learn.
• Compassionate & Dependable: Reliable and caring nature.
• Physical Ability: Capable of meeting job demands.
• Driver’s License: Valid state-issued driver’s license and insurance.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification are required.
• Health Screening: Current TB screening is necessary.
• Respect clients’ privacy and dignity at all times.
