Typical Shift
Your day will consist of traveling to the home of your assigned client. Client needs vary so we match Care Professionals’ skills to the clients. You may be asked to do light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, showers, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, transferring, or any other ADL's or IADL's according to the client’s needs.

Successful Care Professionals come from various backgrounds and skill levels including:

• Experienced Career Caregivers
• Caregivers who enjoy assisted living, or skilled nursing but want a change from a facility
• Home health, Hospice, or Homecare aids
• Empty nesters seeking a service-oriented part-time job

Requirements

• Must have at least 6 months of experience
• Covid vaccine NOT REQUIRED!
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift 25 pounds
• Must have valid drivers license (Learner's permits are not accepted) , proof of car insurance your name MUST appear on the policy
• A vehicle that is safe, reliable, clean, and easily accessible to ensure the comfort and well-being of our clients during transportation.
• No serious driving offenses in the past 5 years.
• Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week
• Must be able to attend 3 consecutive days of PAID Orientation, Monday- Wednesday or Thursday from 9am-3pm (may be a chance one day could go to 5pm), depending on the class size. Class will be held at our office in Daytona
• Must be able to speak and read English fluently

• Base pay $16.00-$20.50 + $200 New Hire Bonus + $200 Referral Bonus + Performance based bonus!
