Pay

• 1-Person Client Care: $14.00/hour
• CNA: $15.50/hour
• Couples Care: $16.25/hour
• Same-Day Pickup Shifts: $15.00–$18.00/hour
• Weekend On-Call: $100 per weekend

What You’ll Do

As a CAREGiver, you’ll provide compassionate, dependable support to seniors in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Preparing meals and completing light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with errands and appointments
• Providing transportation as needed
• Assisting with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Providing Alzheimer's and dementia care
• Supporting clients with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence

CAREGiver Requirements

• Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Warm, friendly, and professional communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen

No previous caregiving experience is required! Home Instead provides paid training to help you develop the skills needed to provide quality care.
