At FirstLight® Home Care, we’re seeking caring professionals listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry (in good standing) to provide private duty, in-home care to our clients.
HOURS 5AM - 7PM - Time and a half for any hours over 40.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance)
- Offering companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being
- Preparing and serving meals according to client needs and preferences
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home environment
- Assisting with errands, transportation, and daily activities
- Following detailed care plans and communicating updates to the care team
- Other duties as assigned to ensure each client receives exceptional care
Qualifications:
- Current listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, in good standing (required)
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish Speaking)
- Experience in private duty or in-home care (preferred)
- A passion for caregiving and a genuine desire to help others
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality care
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
