Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Home Health Aide, you will:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with mobility and daily living activities

• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and household tasks

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team in Spanish and English

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or qualifications meeting applicable agency requirements

• Ability to speak and understand both Spanish and English

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

• Reliable transportation to client homes

• Previous home care experience preferred
